Recovered Evidence Protocol — SCIF

  

Each item of Recovered Evidence will be documented via a unique number assignment in the format USGRE-XXXX, where the numeric is assigned via the approved app TRNG, as exemplified above. 

Additionally, USGRE designations will be assigned one of the following suffixes, as required by content identifications determined by the SIO:

-VMS (Vennich Manuscript Pages)

-CKT (Cream King Trove)

-PCA (Punk City Artwork)

-PCMS (Punk City Manuscripts)

-POI (Persons of Interest)

-WOI (Websites of Interest)

-AI (Active Investigations)

-MSC (Miscellaneous)

The SIO will be responsible for informing agents of the parameters governing individual suffixes, as required by recovery circumstances.

Usual security procedures apply, as for all classified documents. Applicable security designations will be separately assigned and administered by the D-I-C and communicated to SIOs on an as-needed basis.
